Dr. Rice employs a highly trained and efficient dental team that includes:

Your First Appointment

From the moment you walk through the door, you will know that you are in a different kind of dental office! You can expect a warm smile, offered a hot or cold beverage and once in the treatment room a warm neck wrap and blanket, if you wish. Aromatherapy is used throughout the office for relaxation as well as antimicrobial benefits. Unless you prefer, an initial exam appointment is scheduled to allow time for us to complete a personalized dental and medical history to determine your individual needs.

This visit will consist of the following:

• Acquainting you with our office and staff.
• Reviewing your medical history.
• Documenting your current dental history.
• Performing a visual examination of you mouth, including an oral cancer screening.
• Taking only neccessary diagnostic and screening x-rays. Please let us know if you have any x-rays we can request form your previous dentist.
• A diagnosis and written treatment plan will be discussed and you will recieve a written copy of all our proposed.treatment.
• Recommendations for homecare and prevention will be included, based on our findings. Prevention is always my ultimate goal!
• I encourage questions and have an open policy for them.
